Technical documentation processing specialist / Documentary artist

We are one of the largest suppliers of the construction of microwave links, base stations and line structures – building optical networks in the Czech Republic and we also operate in Germany. Our workload is constantly growing, so we need to expand the team processing technical documentation. We prepare documentation for all projects across the company.

We are looking for juniors who want to learn new things and build a whole team with us. We will teach you all the necessary technical things, but you must have an appetite for careful work and working with spreadsheets and documents.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

• Fill in various types of protocols in Czech and German according to the supplied documents
• Complete the photo documentation of the project
• Process/edit technical drawings and measurements in PDF and AutoCAD

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO KNOW WHEN YOU JOIN:

• Basically work with Word and Excel
• Carefully work according to the given procedure and check the processed outputs one after the other
• Ask when you are not sure

WHAT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU COULD KNOW, BUT NOT NECESSARY:

• Edit PDF documents
• Work in AutoCAD 
• At least basic German and/or English
• Previous experience with the technical side of telecommunications

WHAT YOU SHOULD MASTER IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS

• Get your bearings in the documentation processing system
• Process simpler types of documentation separately
• Process more complex types of documentation in cooperation with colleagues
